Okay, so we’ve got a lot of buttons back here that need sorting through before we’re really ready to be up and running again. There are three (3) main things I’d like to let you know before I get myself in even bigger trouble. Mainly, I’d like to talk about submissions, , the (new) member classes, and blogs. Contests and stuff will go on again, just not until after we get most of the buttons back here worked out.

A note on submissions: oh boy, where do I start? I suppose I’ll start by talking about <a href=”[link];>previous submissions. If you noted a submission to the club before it became a group and it never made it to the club’s gallery – send it in again, please! Otherwise, we’d have to go through the notes that have all but disappeared and try to do it that way.
This new system is a lot easier, and automatically sends viewers to your actual deviation (so nobody is going to fav club works when the favs should be yours)
I’m currently working on something that will possibly speed up the process, but the main thing you need to know is that your submissions are NEVER overlooked! it just takes us awhile to get to them sometimes

A note on member classes: At the moment, we have four (4) member classes: Founder, Co-Founders, Administrators, Contributors, and Members.
1 the Founders category – I have permission to do all things (including kicking someone OUT of the group if they don’t follow the rules).
2 Co-Founders is our admin category… (back when we were a club – these are the people we would have had to give the password to) – I trust these people completely. They have power to do almost everything I do….
3 Contributors are mainly people who were in the club back when it wasn’t a group. They can have admin functions if I desire to give them some. If someone is here that wasn’t a member before the groups switch – it’s because I invited them here and they have good reason to be here!
4 Members is the only class that isn’t invite-only. ANYONE can apply to join as a member (and will likely be accepted) and the only member class without a set limit. Joining this class is about as easy as joining a regular club was (maybe easier – dA adds them to your devWATCH for you).

A note on Blogs: Blogs are open for any member to write (at the moment), but MUST BE APPROVED before it’ll post to the general public. If the blog post has nothing to do with the #Cross-show-shippers it will NOT be approved.

Endnote: First off, I commend anyone who actually read this all the way through Secondly, please remember this stuff when submitting (either deviations or blogs), and third – do NOT ask to join an invite-only member class!  If you belong there, we’ll (eventually) ask you. Thanks again! ~Brinckmyster
